1. Our Courses

We offer online art education including Drawing from Scratch, Sketching, Watercolor, Acrylic Painting, Portrait Drawing, Urban Sketching, and Relax Drawing / Art Therapy. Course content is for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Enrollment & Access

Upon purchase you receive lifetime access to the enrolled course materials. Access is granted to one individual and may not be shared or transferred.

3. Intellectual Property

All course videos, PDFs, illustrations, and written materials are the property of SmartPath Learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

4. Student Conduct

We foster a warm, supportive creative community. Harassment, spam, or disrespectful behavior in any community space will result in removal without refund.

5. Disclaimer

Our courses are educational in nature. Results vary by individual effort and practice. We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes.

Refund Policy

We want every student to feel confident enrolling at SmartPath Learning. Here's how our refund policy works.

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your course within 14 days of purchase and have completed fewer than 20% of the lessons, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

2. How to Request

Email us at help@smartpathartlearning.com with your order number and the subject line "Refund Request". We process all refunds within 5–7 business days.

3. Exceptions

Refunds are not available after 14 days or if more than 20% of course content has been accessed. Promotional or bundle purchases may have separate terms noted at checkout.

4. Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances (technical issues on our end, prolonged unavailability of content) we may offer partial refunds or course credits at our discretion.
